Who looks after the server?
Sidekit does. We provision it, monitor it, back it up and maintain it, so you get the isolation of your own infrastructure without running it yourself. You focus on your work, not the hosting.

What happens if something goes wrong?
Your platform is backed up daily, with seven day retention on Kit and thirty day on Enhanced. Enhanced also lets you restore to a point in time yourself. If you need us, support runs during business hours on a best efforts basis.

Can I connect Kit to Claude or other AI tools?
Yes, with the Kit AI add-on. It answers from your own data and takes actions inside Kit, working from Claude, Cursor or wherever your team already does. You bring your own model key and pay the provider direct.
